Overview
In this role, you will manage key property assets and serve as the main contact for Asset Managers, aligning property operations with client goals. You will drive lease, financial, and ESG activities while maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll oversee inspections, transitions, and service delivery to ensure value and KPI achievement. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape property management excellence within a global real estate leader.

Responsibilities
- Act as main client contact for Asset Manager and lead relationship management
- Assess occupier applications for alterations, wayleaves, underlets, or lease assignments
- Ensure lease covenants compliance and manage breaches to resolution
- Address technical lease/licence queries and occupier issues affecting valuation
- Coordinate with Accounts to manage cashflow and client/tenant financials
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations per RICS and KPIs
- Collaborate on ESG initiatives and align client ESG strategy with JLL
- Oversee third-party supplier performance and site inspections
- Handle property in/out transitions, due diligence, and liaison with solicitors
- Provide client reporting content and participate in client meetings
Key requirements
- MRICS preferred with 5+ years in property management
