OPERATIONS MANAGER – ELEVATED F&B & LEISURE CONCEPT

Overview

In this role you will oversee a portfolio of London venues, partnering with General Managers to raise standards, profitability and guest experience. You will lead multi-site teams, drive commercial performance and support new openings as the group grows. You’ll translate numbers into action, reinforce recruitment and succession planning, and maintain consistent delivery across food, drink, service and presentation. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role with clear impact on guest satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and their teams across multiple venues
• Own performance across P&Ls, budgets and forecasts
• Drive sales, productivity and cost control
• Maintain high standards in food, drink, service and presentation
• Strengthen recruitment, retention and succession planning
• Support new openings and operational improvements as the group grows
• Oversee a London venue portfolio and collaborate with GMs to improve standards and profitability

Key requirements

• Proven multi-site leadership within elevated hospitality
• Strong F&B knowledge including fresh food
• Solid P&L management and translating numbers into action
• Hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style
• Experience operating in the London market
• Track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
• Attention to detail and focus on guest experience
