Responsibilities

• Strategic management of outbound logistics and third-party providers
• Oversee end-to-end material flow from receipt to point of fit
• Set, monitor, and improve key KPIs within Materials Department
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations
• Develop employees and succession plans to build future capability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery performance
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage commercial and cost optimisation within logistics

Key requirements

• Proven leader and change agent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and product/material flow
• Experience managing carrier and supplier relationships
• Proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Experience in a leadership role with a track record of delivering results
