Product Owner

Overview

You will own the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful health and care challenges. You translate customer needs into valuable product outcomes and guide delivery from concept to launch within an agile framework. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and customer engagement to deliver market-leading solutions that improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising the product backlog
• Translating requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Working with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business priorities
• Supporting release planning and defining key product features
• Collaborating with Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Participating in agile ceremonies and setting sprint goals
• Monitoring delivery against agreed release plans
• Supporting customer engagement activities, demonstrations, and show-and-tell sessions
• Identifying and communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Contributing to go-to-market and product launch activities
• Developing deep product and domain expertise

Key requirements

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills
• The ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
• Experience using lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working in complex and fast-changing environments
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to doing the right thing
