Overview
As a Change Analyst in our Supply Chain and Logistics team, you’ll support partnership and network review activities and drive change initiatives across the supply chain. You will work with cross-functional colleagues and external partners to shape new ways of working and assess operational impacts. You’ll help deliver network changes, manage milestones, and communicate upcoming changes clearly to colleagues. This role offers the chance to influence how the supply chain operates at scale within a mission‑driven, member-owned organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate workshops to capture current and future ways of working across our Supply Chain and Logistics teams
- Analyse operational processes and support the development of new ways of working to enable partnership and network changes
- Support the delivery of Channels and Optimisation plans
- Own and maintain milestone plans, stock phasing activity, and change-related actions across multiple projects
- Assess risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where possible and helping to solve issues
- Create and deliver clear communications that help colleagues understand upcoming changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships across our supply chain and logistics network, programme teams, and external partnerships
- Use data and insight to support decision-making and find opportunities to improve business performance
Key requirements
- Experience working within a project, change, or programme environment
- A good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including warehouse and transport activities
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with good attention to detail
- The ability to interpret information from multiple sources and identify risks, opportunities, and impacts
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
