Real Estate Finance Associate- US law firm

Overview

In this role you will join a leading US law firm’s REF team to handle lender and sponsor-side work on high-value real estate finance transactions. You will work on development loans, loan origination, bridge and mezzanine facilities, CMBS/RMBS securitizations, and loan portfolio acquisitions. You will also contribute to formation and structuring of pooled real estate funds and vehicles, including partnerships and JVs. This role offers exposure to international, market-leading deals and a platform to shape real estate finance practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle lender and sponsor-side real estate finance work on high-value transactions
• Manage development loans including origination, bridge and mezzanine facilities
• Involve CMBS/RMBS securitization and loan portfolio acquisitions
• Shape formation and structuring of pooled real estate funds and vehicles (partnerships, JVs)

Key requirements

• 3-5 PQE in Real Estate Finance
