Key requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS)
- J07 or equivalent – desirable
- Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
