Overview
As Lead Business Analyst in Computershare’s Issuer Services, you guide a team of analysts and collaborate with product, QA, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery from stakeholders to user stories for new features
- Leverage AI tools and prompts to increase team efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Engineering, and stakeholders to translate processes into requirements
- Identify processes suitable for automation or AI-enabled handling
- Mentor and develop other BAs in AI tools and methods
- Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to diagnose problems
- Support testing with QA/UAT teams and utilize AI to accelerate testing
- Manage team performance, growth, recruitment, and succession planning
Key requirements
- Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements and communicate complex concepts plainly
- Hands-on experience building and using AI tools and automations to speed up analysis
- Ability to work with architects, developers, and testers to shape feasible requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of analysis frameworks and documenting large domains, rules, and user journeys
- Attention to detail and a process/analytic mindset
- Process management knowledge with emphasis on output clarity
- Experience with AI-related work in banking products/technology (preferred)
