In this role you will contribute to a leading London law firm’s structured finance practice, focusing on securitisation and NAV/ABL work. You will be part of the securitisation team, supporting deal execution and client advisement within a top-tier finance platform. The role offers exposure to expanding securitisation capabilities and cross-discipline NAV/ABL matters. Responsibilities

• Support structured finance and securitisation transactions
• Contribute to NAV/ABL-related matters as the practice expands
• Assist deal execution and client-facing advisory in securitisation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the finance practice
• Assist with business development and maintaining client relationships (insofar as described)

Key requirements

• 3-6 PQE in structured finance/securitisation or closely related area
• Experience beneficial in securitisation and NAV/ABL capabilities
• London-based role expectation
