General Manager – High-Volume Venue

Overview

In this role you will lead a high-traffic, multi-bar venue in London, overseeing day-to-day operations and a large team. You will drive commercial performance, manage P&L, and optimise revenue and costs. You will shape guest experiences across a fast-paced environment and coordinate with functional teams to ensure smooth service. You will thrive in busy events, maintain high standards, and contribute to the venue’s growth and market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, suitable for a commercially minded manager who loves fast-paced hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-bar venue
• Lead and develop a large team
• Manage P&L, revenue, and costs to drive profitability
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across busy events and venues

Key requirements

• Strong multi-bar and/or high-volume venue experience
• Experience within food halls, events or similarly busy hospitality environments
• Strong commercial mindset with good P&L knowledge
• Proven experience driving revenue and operational performance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Passion for events, busy venues, and guest experience
• Previous London hospitality experience
