Overview
In this role you will apply a design-led approach to create intuitive, high-quality UX for Deloitte’s clients in the Financial Services space. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to shape user experiences across devices, from research insights to interactive prototypes. You’ll contribute to evolving UX methodologies and stay ahead of industry trends. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, impact-focused environment with opportunities to influence digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Apply a design-led approach to client problems
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary digital experts to create innovative solutions
- Produce UX deliverables across mobile, tablet and desktop (UI designs, prototypes)
- Develop wireframes, information architecture, and specifications
- Assist in persona, scenarios, and customer journey mapping
- Translate user research into UX concepts and outcomes
- Design and run workshops and co-creation sessions
- Review existing systems to identify UX issues and propose improvements
- Support scoping and planning of UX projects and tool selection
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements of Deloitte Digital UX methodologies
- Monitor wider UX and technology trends
- Work in diverse, inclusive teams accepting different contributions
Key requirements
- Understanding of end-to-end UX design process and user-centred design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design experience
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience in rapid prototyping and usability testing
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines
- Experience in client delivery and engagement
- Ability to present concepts to senior client stakeholders
- Strong conceptual and information design skills
- Experience in facilitating workshops or co-creation sessions
- Background across strategy, user research, business analysis, visual design, or front-end development
- Interest in Defence and Security sector within Government
