Senior Manager, CS Analytics & Experience

Toast is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Experience Analytics to partner with CS leadership and shape how the organization understands performance and customers. You will connect data across Care, Onboarding, Enablement, and Product, and lead two analysts in building a holistic customer view.

This role blends hands-on analytics with leadership, spanning data science interest and analytics engineering, in a hybrid Boston-based setting.
