Believ is seeking a commercially minded property lawyer to join its growing Legal Team. With 2+ years PQE, you will lead negotiations on public sector projects and manage complex property transactions across the UK, reporting to the Head of Legal Operations.
The role offers hybrid working from London with potential cross-site involvement in Cardiff or Edinburgh. You’ll advise on leases, licenses, land rights and a range of commercial contracts, working closely with Sales, Finance and Operations
