Head of Sales, Capital Equipment — UK Field Leader

A world-leading capital equipment manufacturer is looking to appoint a high-calibre UK Head of Sales to spearhead their British commercial operations. This role is field-based with a nationwide remit, offering autonomy to shape strategy and drive growth.

Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will lead six Regional Sales Managers and National Key Account Managers, coaching teams, and embedding Salesforce-based forecasting to sustain momentum and deliver robust commercial results.
