Account Management Team Lead | Hybrid | Grow Revenue

Carwow is hiring an Account Management Team Lead to join our Get Your Car (New Market) Partner Success team, focused on car buying. This is a player-coach role with your time split roughly 50/50.

Half of it goes on leading and coaching a team of 3 Account Managers, and half on managing your own portfolio of dealer groups. You’ll report into the Franchise Account Management Manager and be measured on hitting revenue and retention targets across both your team and your own portfolio.
