Lead QMS Engineer – Quality & Compliance Leader

Manpower is recruiting for a Lead QMS Engineer on behalf of a prestigious luxury automotive manufacturer in Gaydon. You will own the QMS, drive compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment.

You will lead documentation, processes and procedures, support audits, and liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure industry standards and regulatory requirements are met. A Lead Auditor qualification and strong manufacturing quality experience are essential.
