Nursery Group Director & Safeguarding Lead

Little Dukes is seeking a Group Area Manager (Nominated Individual) to lead the nursery group in London and ensure safeguarding culture across all settings. You will take overall responsibility for Ofsted readiness, education quality, day-to-day operations, HR, and budget oversight.

You will work with senior teams to meet targets, maintain strong parent relationships and uphold the Dukes values of teamwork, learning, execution, and leadership with heart.
