Rail MEP Public Health Design Team Lead

WSP is seeking a high-calibre Associate/Associate Director to lead Public Health design for Rail Stations MEP teams. You will manage a 15+ engineers UK/overseas, oversee PH and Fire systems design reviews, and provide site support where needed.

You’ll drive technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and guide delivery across multiple projects. You will engage with clients, review outputs, mentor the team, and ensure programmes are met, while leveraging Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP
