Evotix is seeking a Lead Product Designer to set the design direction across 360, Assure and Learn, combining leadership with hands-on delivery. You will guide customer research, strengthen design systems, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences as the organisation scales.
You will own the design backlog, hire and mentor designers, and help expand the design function while balancing system-wide consistency with user-centric outcomes.
