Lead Web Designer

A fast-growing technology business is looking to appoint a Lead Web Designer to own and shape its website experience.

This is a genuinely high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across design, engineering and marketing to create a website that becomes a key part of the brand’s growth story.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of the website design and user experience
• Create engaging, high-quality digital experiences from concept to launch
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems
• Work closely with developers to bring ideas to life
• Support campaigns, launches and landing page creation

• Strong experience in web, digital, product or visual design
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design standards
• Experience creating modern websites and digital experiences
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
