Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development professional looking for a home‑based role with autonomy, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to manage a high-value regional territory?
Join an established specialist engineering business supplying technical equipment and solutions to customers across the UK and international markets. With a strong reputation within the public sector, you’ll develop long‑term customer relationships and drive regional growth.
You’ll take ownership of the South of England, developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Full product training will be provided, giving you the technical knowledge to confidently present and demonstrate a specialist portfolio to customers and senior decision‑makers.
This role would suit a Sales Manager looking for a high‑autonomy territory role with strong earning potential and regular customer interaction.
The Role:
- Manage and grow sales across the South of England, covering from the West Midlands down
- Develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits and identify new opportunities
- Prepare quotations, presentations and tender submissions
- Build long‑term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
- Manage your own diary, territory and customer appointments
The Person:
- Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
- Experience managing a regional territory
- Full UK Driving Licence
