Lead Structural Engineer – Projects & Growth (Hybrid)

Aldwych Consulting in London is seeking a Principal or Associate Structural Engineer to join our growing London team. You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers and develop client relationships across a range of refurb and new-build schemes valued from £5-80m.

The role offers hands-on design, site visits, fee bids, and a path to grow the team to 30-40 people as the practice expands. MIStructE or MICE qualification preferred, with hybrid working and a competitive salary.
