Are you an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity and strong stakeholder management to complex projects?

A leading Housing Association is looking for a Project Manager to manage a variety of projects across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring business requirements are well understood and projects are planned, coordinated and delivered successfully.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to implementation, managing delivery, risks, issues and dependencies while working closely with teams across the organisation to achieve successful outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects remain on track, establishing effective governance and working with operational teams to make sure changes are embedded and the intended business benefits are realised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering project plans, communications plans and business readiness activities, ensuring projects remain on track across time, scope and quality.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear mitigation actions and ownership are in place.
  • Identifying resources and leading project teams, including supporting business users throughout project delivery.
  • Establishing clear and effective governance in line with the organisation’s Change Management Framework.
  • Working with operational managers to embed changes across processes, procedures and practices and deliver planned benefits.
  • Reviewing project outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve project and change management processes.
  • Ensuring projects comply with corporate practices, procurement requirements and relevant legislation.

You will have

  • A proven track record of performing the Project Manager role across projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Experience delivering a varied range of organisational projects, covering both strategic and operational change.
  • Good knowledge and experience of different project management methodologies, tools and techniques and when to apply them.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, trust and respect across an organisation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with gravitas and remain calm under pressure while providing direction and guidance to project teams.

The role offers a salary of £62,000, alongside an excellent benefits package, and a 2-days a week onsite.
