Impact-Driven Registered Manager, Children’s Homes

Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a 7-bed children’s home in Buttershaw, Bradford. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety and wellbeing of young people, and drive outstanding Ofsted readiness and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staff development, manage referrals, and champion holistic care for residents with social, emotional, and mental health needs, delivering positive outcomes and a supportive, inclusive environment.
