Spectrum Control is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – NPI to lead the manufacturing engineering delivery of new products from concept through to ramp-up. You will ensure designs are manufacturable, production-ready and meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
You will own NPI manufacturing plans, lead DFMA reviews, coordinate prototype and pilot builds, and drive robust processes, documentation and readiness before production release.
