Our client, a leading national firm, is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading corporate partners on a broad range of UK and international transactions, advising corporates, investors, founders and management teams.
The role offers exposure to high-value M&A, private equity, venture capital and cross-border matters, with a particular focus on the Technology and Health & Social Care sectors. You’ll join a collaborative team of 40 corporate specialists across multiple offices, gaining direct access to experienced partners from Magic Circle, US, national and regional firm backgrounds.
