Contract Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Forecasting

Brackenberry Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost forecasting, budgets and financial reporting on multiple projects in North Yorkshire. This 3-month contract role, with a strong likelihood of extension at the client’s discretion, requires experience with NEC/JCT contracts and payment applications.

Immediate availability is preferred. You will oversee cost control, final accounts, risk and commercial governance, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to contract terms
