Service Charge Manager – Lead with Clarity & Value

PA Housing is seeking a Service Charge Manager to lead our service charge team and ensure accurate, transparent charging for residents, leaseholders and homeowners.

You will combine strong financial and technical knowledge with a customer-focused approach, resolving queries and improving the way we deliver service charges. The role involves leadership and collaboration across the business, with hybrid working and a focus on value for money.
