Senior Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Care Lead

Beck House in Darlington is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism and communication differences. You’ll manage 37.5 hours weekly and drive quality care, clinical governance, and commercial performance.

The role requires an RNLD or RMN with an NMC pin and a proven management track record, including risk, budget, and stakeholder engagement, to support successful service delivery.
