At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our
Fixed networks team,
you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager at M Group, you’ll play a vital role in driving complex infrastructure projects from planning to completion. You’ll lead multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards, always maintaining a strong culture of safety and collaboration. By working closely with planning, engineering, commercial, SHEQ, procurement and site teams, you’ll coordinate every stage, manage risks and champion continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include setting clear project plans, resolving technical challenges, ensuring quality, and steering commercial success through transparent financial management. You’ll bring people together, build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, and create an inclusive, high-performing team environment. A deep understanding of the full mobile 5G build lifecycle and flexibility to travel nationally is essential.
What you’ll bring;
You’ll need proven experience delivering complex projects, managing scope, schedule, risk, quality and HSE, alongside strong planning and programme management skills. Confident leadership, clear communication and the ability to build robust relationships across multi-disciplined teams are vital. Commercial awareness and contract governance, coupled with forecasting, cost control and reporting proficiency, are required.
You should hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications, plus sector-specific certifications (e.g. NRSWA, EUSR, SHEA). A solid grasp of HSE legislation and practical technical problem-solving is essential.
