Overview
In this role you will lead Core Therapy, Adult Early Prevention and Local Integrated Teams to promote strengths-based, person-centred support. You will work across health and social care partnerships to champion prevention, early intervention and integrated working, helping residents stay safe, connected and independent at home. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams and drive service improvement to reduce long-term dependency. Responsibilities

- Foster partnerships with health colleagues, service users and stakeholders

- Provide cross-service coverage to meet fluctuating demands

- Qualified Occupational Therapist
