Private Funds (Institutional) Associate- Premier City law firm

Overview

In this role you will support institutional private funds on formation and related regulatory matters within a premier City firm. You will work with sponsors and funds across private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure, contributing to global structuring and governance. You will collaborate with a high-caliber team to manage fundraisings and regulatory challenges, shaping cross-border fund projects. Responsibilities

• Funds formation work across PE, private debt, venture debt, real estate, infrastructure
• Advising institutional private funds
• Handling private fundraisings
• Advising sponsors on global structuring, governance and regulatory
• Working with cross-border teams on complex funds projects

Key requirements

• 4-6 PQE England & Wales or commonwealth
• Institutional private funds experience in a dedicated funds team at a US, Magic Circle or Top 50 City law firm
• Strong academics
