Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive complex customer delivery engagements, guiding projects from plan to outcomes within Klipboard’s delivery framework. You’ll influence direction, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance and financial discipline while advancing the team’s project capability. The role emphasizes AI-driven improvements to governance and reporting, aligning delivery with customer outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalation
• Oversee deliverables with formal approvals
• Control project finances including budgeting
• Coordinate and document project meetings and reporting
• Ensure adherence to Klipboard delivery methodology and standards
• Coach and mentor team members to improve non-billable work efficiency
• Identify business process improvements and implement changes
• Maintain internal systems and project documentation
• Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare and manage project documentation and resources
• Monitor project activity and status reporting
• Change request management
• Cover for colleagues as needed
• Champion AI and automation to streamline administration and governance

Key requirements

• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or other industry-recognised project management methodologies
• Ability to engage with users up to board level
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering client business benefits
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their delivery
• Stakeholder engagement to baseline requirements
• Attention to detail across the project lifecycle
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Extensive project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized
