In this role you shape digital delivery for infrastructure projects, leading Information Management and BIM across client programmes. You will drive strategy, frameworks and client engagement to unlock value and support Net Zero goals. Responsibilities

  • Provide Information Management leadership across a client organisation and major programmes from setup to delivery
  • Steer client engagement and develop working frameworks while collaborating with multiple Turner & Townsend teams
  • Advise on digital delivery and transformation to unlock value via BIM and information management
  • Lead business development and improve the Infrastructure Digital Information Management capability
  • Capture and analyse client requirements to design digital strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate with PMO to integrate information management and asset data in project management
  • Author BIM documentation and processes aligned to industry best practices
  • Define delivery governance, frameworks and best practices
  • Mentor and develop colleagues to promote a positive team culture and supportive leadership
  • Represent the digital services externally as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend
  • Stay current with industry trends and disseminate insights to the wider team

Key requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Information Management standards (BS EN ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework)
  • Understanding of emerging technology to support client delivery
  • Familiarity with roles and responsibilities on digitally enabled projects
  • Experience creating and maintaining BIM documentation
  • Knowledge of a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise
  • Experience with 3D modelling and BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri)
  • Understanding of dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of PMO tools/methodologies
  • Ability to set up and manage SharePoint sites
  • Curiosity to learn new software skills and adapt
  • Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Strong client-facing, presentation and workshop abilities
