In this role you will lead the firm’s new Milton Keynes office, handling high net worth family matters and guiding a growing team. You will work within a respected niche family practice that values client-focused service and professional excellence. You will shape the early growth of the new office, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development. Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the Milton Keynes office as part of the firm’s growth plan
- Handle high net worth family matters including finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, prenups and postnuptials, and private children cases
- Mentor and manage junior solicitors
- Drive business development and networking to grow client base
- Collaborate with senior leaders to maintain a client-focused, supportive culture
Key requirements
- minimum of 8 years’ family law experience
- experience in managing and mentoring juniors
