Overview
As a Finance Analyst in the Investment Structures team, you will support the financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit strategies. You will work at the intersection of finance, structuring and treasury to enhance reporting, cashflow and governance. This role offers exposure to how sophisticated private market investments are structured, financed and managed, with a chance to shape new investment structures and improve processes. Responsibilities
- Support financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit strategies, understanding their structures and economics
- Maintain NAV, waterfall and cashflow models within fund reporting and finance control
- Assist treasury strategy and cash management, including liquidity forecasting, leverage and FX exposures
- Collaborate with investment, structuring, legal, tax and finance teams to support ongoing product management
- Assist design, launch and administration of new investment structures, ensuring financial, operational and reporting needs are met
- Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and external providers for investor reporting and financial statements
- Prepare financial analysis, performance reports and management information for governance and decision-making
- Work with data/tech teams to improve reporting capabilities and automate processes
- Identify workflow improvements and contribute to evolving projects and product offerings
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with up to four years’ post-qualified experience
- Background in practice or fund accounting experience
- Exposure to private equity, private credit, investment management or other complex financial products
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
