In this role you will advise large privately owned and entrepreneurial companies on corporate matters within the City office of a national law firm. You will join a growing corporate group and contribute to high‑impact private M&A work for ambitious clients. You’ll work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to shape deals and corporate strategy. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a respected firm in London’s competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Advise on private M&A transactions for large privately owned and entrepreneurial companies
• Support deal execution and corporate governance tasks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within a growing corporate group
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients in a city office setting
• Contribute to development of the corporate practice in London

Key requirements

• 4–6 PQE (private M&A)
• Experience advising private and entrepreneurial companies
• London office / City practice exposure
• Strong drafting and transactional skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and complex deals
