Practice Resource Manager

Overview

As Practice Resource Manager, you align work with lawyers’ experience and capacity to ensure the right people join the right projects. You support a fast-paced, high-energy practice by delivering timely resource decisions and operational excellence. You’ll contribute to the Practice Management strategy across the firm’s global network and partner with HR and leadership on talent development. This role offers exposure to agile resourcing, cross-border collaboration, and a meaningful impact on how the firm scales its capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Staff Graduates, Lawyers, Senior Associates and Counsel on a daily basis
• Implement and support PRM services to improve agility and efficiency
• Coordinate resource allocation to match project needs and capacity
• Support Practice Management strategy across the Global Network
• Liaise with HR and leadership on individual performance and development
• Participate in projects to enhance efficiency and agility of the firm

Key requirements

• Prior experience in resource management, people operations, workforce planning or similar in a large professional services or corporate environment
• Experience in another role within a medium-large law firm, operational or as a lawyer seeking a career change
• Proactive with a positive, flexible, assertive attitude
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills across levels
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
