Overview

In this leadership role, you will own the Performance Analytics strategy and roadmap, turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial value and growth. You will partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership to influence decisions and embed data-driven insight across the business. You will lead a high-performing team, shaping analytical frameworks and predictive models to explain performance and unlock opportunities. This role offers impact across subscriptions, marketplace dynamics and data platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Performance Analytics roadmap and align priorities with business strategy
  • Partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership to influence decisions with data-driven insights
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing analytics team
  • Develop predictive models and frameworks for key metrics (LTV, retention, churn, profitability, growth opportunities)
  • Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics, reporting and executive insights
  • Lead analytics for subscription and marketplace businesses to improve customer value and growth
  • Benchmark performance using Bureau data, internal data and external market intelligence
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Technology to deliver analytical programs and embed AI/automation

Key requirements

  • Proven leadership of Analytics/Commercial Analytics/Performance Analytics teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering across Commercial, Finance, Trading or Bureau
  • Expertise in analytical frameworks and predictive models (LTV, retention, churn, profitability, propensity modeling)
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
  • Track record translating analysis into actionable, measurable outcomes
  • Experience establishing business performance frameworks, KPIs and executive reporting
  • Ability to prioritise analytics roadmap to business objectives and commercial outcomes
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve insights
