Overview
In this role you will drive data-driven decision making by developing interactive analytics and automated reports for Sportradar’s growing client base. You’ll build and optimise BI solutions, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and propose data-driven improvements to products and services. You will present insights clearly to non-technical users and contribute to an ambitious BI roadmap. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape reporting processes in a global sports tech environment and work with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Develop interactive analytics applications and reports (Power BI, Excel).
- Automate periodic and ad hoc customer reporting processes.
- Model data for reporting and analytics and support BI roadmap delivery.
- Present data-driven ideas to business users and software developers.
- Collaborate across business and technical stakeholders to advance BI initiatives.
- Suggest innovative data usage to enhance products and services.
Key requirements
- Strong SQL skills with experience in querying, joins, and aggregations on large datasets.
- Experience designing and delivering BI reports and analytics solutions.
- Hands-on software or analytics development experience.
- Power BI experience preferred (data modelling, DAX, Power Query) or willingness to transition.
- Knowledge of data governance and security concepts is a plus.
- Experience with data management or BI projects.
