Senior Marketing Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead UK marketing efforts for a B2B financial services provider, designing campaigns to generate sales opportunities among insurers. You will coordinate cross-channel initiatives, including content, digital marketing, and events, to build brand awareness and high-quality leads. You’ll develop the content strategy and editorial calendar while collaborating with marketing and design teams. You will act as the primary bridge between sales and marketing for the UK, shaping ABM programs and resource planning to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK marketing strategy and campaigns to drive sales opportunities
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, digital, and events to generate qualified leads
• Develop content strategy and editorial calendar with marketing and design teams
• Create effective marketing toolkits to support growth in existing accounts
• Serve as operational liaison between sales and marketing in the UK
• Plan, execute field activities and events to move leads through the pipeline
• Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing
• Implement comprehensive ABM strategy

Key requirements

• Campaign management experience in B2B insurance or banking
• Strategic mindset with approximately 80% execution focus
• Strong relationship-building with demanding stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering marketing programmes focusing on Events, ABM, Social Media, Thought Leadership/Media partnerships
• ABM strategy proficiency and execution (advantage)
• CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• UK work experience is essential
