Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

Overview

In this role you drive delivery of Veeva’s Commercial Cloud implementations for top global pharma clients, leading cross-functional projects from planning to delivery. You will translate business processes into scalable solutions and mentor teams, while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities

• Own delivery across project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles for implementation projects
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize processes and translate them into scalable solutions
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB segments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Ability to travel ~20%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and based in Europe with legal right to work
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
