Overview
In this role you will lead asset-finance work focused on superyachts and private aviation, representing banks, lenders and high-net-worth borrowers. You will handle term sheets, loan documentation and ownership structuring within a top-tier City firm. The position sits in a collaborative, performance-driven environment with strong partner prospects. You will contribute to high-quality financing and strategic client relationships in luxury assets.
Responsibilities
- Superyacht and private aviation financing
- Acting for banks/lenders and HNW/UHNW borrowers
- Drafting and negotiating term sheets
- Preparing and reviewing loan documentation
- Ownership structuring
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex financings
Key requirements
- 6+ PQE in England & Wales or Commonwealth
- Finance experience relating to superyachts and/or private aviation, gained within a UK law firm
