Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this London-based role you will lead and shape delivery on a range of build-sector projects, collaborating with a seasoned team. You will guide project and programme management across lifecycles, advise clients on cost, programme, risks and issues, and manage multi-disciplinary teams. The role offers rapid progression, knowledge-sharing, and the chance to establish yourself as a known name in the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project and programme management across the full project lifecycle
• Advise clients on cost, programme, risks and issues
• Lead and manage professional teams
• Oversee client and stakeholder communications
• Produce monthly reports with programmes and risk registers
• Implement effective communication tools
• Develop delivery plans and ensure objectives are met
• Maintain high performance in changing environments
• Pursue continuous performance improvements

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar
• Experience leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience adopting and managing best-practice PM techniques
• Knowledge of pre- and post-contract PM responsibilities and delivering to clients
• Ability to manage a project lifecycle from start to finish
