Responsibilities
- Act as the customer’s representative within project and bid teams to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, analyse and report quality performance to support successful project delivery.
- Encourage and develop best practice across programmes and functions.
- Identify risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
- Plan and conduct project audits and surveillance activities in line with Project Quality Plans and audit strategies.
- Promote a positive quality culture throughout the business.
Key requirements
- Experience in a quality assurance, regulated, or continuous improvement environment.
- Knowledge of current quality standards, practices, and methodologies.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certification requirements.
- Desirable: QA experience within project, design, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Desirable: ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Desirable: qualified auditor status or equivalent auditing experience.
- SC Clearance required (or must undergo, achieve, and maintain).
