Overview

As IMS Analyst, you provide technical expertise to the Integrated Management System (IMS) team within Sizewell C. You will develop and refine IMS documents, publish new and updated materials, and manage the document workflow in a highly regulated environment. You collaborate with management and project stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure safety, quality, and compliance. This role supports a megaproject at the heart of the UK’s energy transition, offering meaningful impact and cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project
  • Publish new and updated IMS documents with correct attributes and flow
  • Manage the procedure work pipeline, including status updates and escalation of delays
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities
  • Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met
  • Provide coaching and guidance to procedure development SMEs and project leaders
  • Create detailed procedure creation and update plans with goals, milestones and governance
  • Maintain data/records for accessibility and confidentiality
  • Utilise IT systems to prepare reports, statistics, and presentations for IMS delivery
  • Promote IMS adoption across the business to meet project milestones

Key requirements

  • Degree level education or demonstrable experience in a highly regulated major project environment
  • Extensive experience with development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation
  • Strong understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques
  • Experience using Visio to map processes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility across all levels of the organisation
