Quality Control Analyst I

Overview

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will test packaging, raw materials, and bulk product against R&D specifications, splitting time between Goods in Warehouse and the main QC Labs. You will work with wet chemistry and gain exposure to microbiology through environmental monitoring training. The role requires teamwork and keeping the lab clean and organized within a GMP factory. This position offers growth into microbiology and broader quality assurance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Test packaging, raw materials, and bulk product against specifications
• Assist in Goods in Warehouse for receipt testing and raw component testing
• Conduct final bulk testing in QC Labs
• Perform wet chemistry analyses (mean weights, Karl Fischer, IR, HPLC, GC)
• Prepare for microbiology lab training for environmental monitoring
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organization
