Chief Operations Officer

Overview

As Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Aspire Academy Trust’s core non-educational functions, aligning estates, safety, and operations with the delivery of outstanding education. You will work closely with the CEO, trust board, and school leaders to drive organisational change, allocate resources effectively, and support growth opportunities to maximise pupil outcomes. This is a mission-driven role focused on operational excellence within a collaborative, education-focused trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Estates, Health & Safety, and core operations across the Trust
• Develop, deliver, and quality-assure non-educational functions and services
• Lead organisational change and strategic development to support growth
• Ensure resources are deployed to maximise educational outcomes for pupils
• Collaborate with the CEO, trust board, Directors, Regional Leads, Heads of School, and the Diocese to advance trust-wide goals
