Project Manager

You will operate within the easyJet delivery framework and collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure sponsorship and engagement. The position involves end-to-end planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination to realise time-, cost-, and value-focused outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change projects (people, process, technology) with focus on business outcomes and benefits
• Ensure alignment with easyJet delivery framework and governance
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager and Business Lead for sponsorship and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with technology leads to develop end-to-end delivery plans
• Decompose projects into deliverables and workstreams to optimise time-to-value
• Identify critical path to ensure timely delivery
• Define and manage project resource requirements with business function owners
• Establish and maintain robust project control environment
• Mobilise and lead project team to achieve goals
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; implement proactive interventions
• Conduct project and workstream peer reviews to assure delivery and benefits

Key requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated change and cross-functional projects
• Trained in programme and project management techniques (e.g., MSP, APM, Prince2 Practitioner, agile scrum)
• Experience leading teams of 15+ people including third-party suppliers
• Strong communication skills
• Experience implementing change across strategy, processes, systems, structure, values, behaviour, skills, engagement and communication
• Financial understanding with budgeting and reporting experience (budgets up to 3m)
• Training/experience with Scrum and Kanban
