Transaction Advisory Assistant Manager

Overview

As Assistant Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, you will support financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side deals and contribute to SPA advisory and data analytics. You’ll prepare analyses for client reports, participate in client discussions, and help translate findings into actionable recommendations. You’ll promote robust risk management, contribute to business development, and foster your own growth while supporting teammates. Responsibilities

• Prepare analysis and findings for client reports
• Participate in client discussions and meetings, collaborating on technical points
• Analyse complex information, identify business issues and apply technical knowledge
• Present conclusions and recommendations to clients and explain implications
• Support a strong risk management culture in the team
• Contribute to the team’s business development
• Support personal and peers’ development and growth

Key requirements

• A professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA)
• Experience in audit or another advisory service line
• Experience of applying commercial judgement
